What makes a person to be a good leader?

The qualities of good team leaders are invaluable since they actually control the organization – Leaders in organization are those who set a goals and influence employees to work for a common goal and follow their directions.
There are some qualities to be a good leader should have?
Visionary:- How to motivate yours followers to work towards a common goal.
Confidence in own abilities:-if you are has own confidence nobody can’t bit you.
Positive attitude:- Everybody makes mistakes but a leader learns from them and moves on.
Responsive – Good leaders are responsive to the needs of those they lead.
Success:- A good leader brings success for her goal. She is knowledgeable and committed to fulfilling her deadlines.
 Ex:-  It’s my own knowledge about our PM Narendra Modi , I think Narendra Modi is a good leader to build our nation. 
Conclusion:-

In political language 1st i am commons then be a good leader
In officially language  , 1st i would be a good  employ then be a good leader
